PROJECT ACTIVITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Gain an understanding of the organizational business processes relevant to the project's goals
- Document as-is and to-be processes to help refine the problem the project is trying to solve
- Brainstorm solutions for requirements needs
- Participate in RFP responses providing a technical and process view according to requirements gathering to ensure their knowledge has as much depth and context as possible.
- Flush out the details of a business solution, which requires a good understanding of how technological solutions are implemented
- Discuss and agree with Sales and Sales Dupport teams to offer the best solution for business requirements.
- Ensure that RFP response activities are clearly communicated to internal and external incumbents directly and completed within the timelines
