*Position:* Treasury Associate Manager *Job Description:* The Treasury Associate Manager will be responsible for the daily cash management and banking operations functions in LATAM. This role supports Corporate Treasury initiatives by leveraging Treasury technologies and implementing efficient cash management best practices and banking structures for LATAM. The Treasury Associate Manager will also oversee the daily activities of the Treasury Analyst.*What You'll Be Doing:*Cash and Liquidity Management:* Oversee daily liquidity for LATAM* Manage cash forecast and provide daily reporting to Americas Treasury Manager and Corporate Treasury* Manage daily treasury responsibilities including approval of treasury wires, debt / liquidity management, and derivatives settlement* Responsible for Intercompany Loans for the region including interest payments, payoffs, and renewals* Responsible for the management of currency exchange exposure – including the execution of all foreign exchange and commodity transactions in collaboration with Corporate Treasury* Manage liquidity, including short term internal funding* Responsible for optimizing cash efficiencyBank Activities:* Manage banking relationships and accounts with various preferred banks in LATAM – including negotiation and set up of credit facilities in collaboration with Corporate Treasury* Negotiate pricing with the banks and oversee bank fee analysis and interest expense for LATAMInternal Stakeholders management* Leads regional Treasury initiatives in collaboration with Corporate Treasury - represent Treasury in LATAM – interfacing with Accounting, Finance/AP/AR/Payroll/Tax and other business partners* Act as Treasury lead for due diligence and business integration for the region including KYC reviews and processOther:* Responsible for the management of Treasury internal controls and policies* SOX - Ensure controls are executed according to the policies* Oversee staff of 1-2 analysts * Identify dividend opportunities and collaborate with Corporate Treasury team on execution*What We're Looking For:** BA/BS in Finance or Accounting, knowledgeable of US GAAP and Sox compliance* Experience – 6+ years in international Corporate Treasury/Finance environment and management skills* Ability to establish rapport and effective working relationships with personnel at all organizational levels* Multi-function, can manage the operational and strategical functions of the position* Multicultural and ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment* Innovative, with high personal leadership and integrity* Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI* Excellent verbal and written communication; must be fluent in English and Spanish.
