Overview
Responsible for the control of temporary inventories, to ensure the compliant and efficient performance of all import export operations, validate transactions between customs system and SAP, to comply with the current customs legislation.
Responsibilities
Elaboration of inventory reconciliation processes in annexes 24. Analysis of temporary import balances in the customs system. Control of discrepancies between annex 24 vs SAP and make adjustments/amendments between systems. Ability to analyze and interpret information, (BOM, parts, WO). Updating and implementing changes between the two systems. Ensure operational trade compliance effectiveness and timely report of risks associated with the Import-Export operations. Import – Export (temporary, definitive, virtual, regimen changes, returns).
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or related areas. English 80%. At least of 3 years of experience working on customs area on maquiladora industry.
Knowledge of Customs Law, Rules, Annex 24, Annex 22, Annex 30, SAP.
Proven Knowledge in customs legislation (LA, IMMEX, RLA, LCE, LIVA, OEA, CFF). Demonstrated ability to focus on project work and efficiently bring projects to completion. MS office management. High Computer database and spreadsheet experience. Analytical, teamwork, problem solving. WHO WE ARE.
