We are looking for a Service Operations Manager who will lead and coach the team to reach the Maintenance operations targets and objectives. He/she is also responsible for driving the specific business change initiatives, ensuring business benefit realization, and promoting customer centricity and service mindset.
Below are some of the responsibilities you would own:
Key Responsibilities:
Accountable for safety of employees and end-users, ensuring safety is a mindset without any compromisesResponsible for high level of customer satisfaction in the region or unit * Accountable for leading the Maintenance operations and ensuring the quality and profitability of service deliveryAccountable for making sure that individual targets are defined in the beginning of the year and adjusted if needed during the yearAccountable for setting Individual Operations Plans for supervisors that which support them in achieving their objectivesEnsures in collaboration with repair sales manager that the correct offering and value propositions are available and used by operations teamTraction Control discussion with supervisors, regular field/customer visits with supervisors and regular field audits with supervisors Ensures adequate resources to achieve the short and long-term targets of maintenance operations teamAccountable for developing the competences of the maintenance operations team Accountable that customer experience acceleration touchpoints are followed during the whole maintenance contract lifecycleAs our Service Operations Manager,you will use the knowledge gained from your 4 year university degree, along with 5+ years of professional experience in both service operations and sales management. In addition, you would bring a business understanding that surrounds competition compliance, change management, conceptual/analytical thinking, and communication skills that include but are not limited to influencing, rolling out complex programs/objectives, as well as being bilingual in both Spanish and English.
