**What You Can Expect**

Responsable de realizar las actividades pertinentes al cuidando y la veracidad del inventario y el correcto registro de las transacciones en sistema.

Adicionalmente, es responsable de la validación de registros de calidad, autorizaciones de despacho de producto de almacenes de Puebla, Querétaro, Texcoco, atención a los temas puntuales de despacho de producto, cantidad en inventario, caducidades, reportes por línea de producto o proceso y seguimiento a temas de seguridad e higiene por línea de producto.

**How You'll Create Impact**

Principales responsabilidades:

ÁREA DE IMPLANTES

+ Realizar y asegurar el correcto acomodo de material en los anaqueles
+ Realizar de manera precisa y correcta el surtimiento de material, de acuerdo a la programación de cirugías
+ Revisar de manera periódica la caducidad de los implantes y realizar el retiro oportuno de material caduco
+ Participar en los conteos cíclicos de inventarios
+ Participar en el conteo anual de inventario
+ Responsable de realizar la revisión física de la entrada y salida de los sets
+ Realizar de forma oportuna las transacciones en el sistema de cada una de las entradas y salidas de los sets
+ Responsable de entregar correctamente el material a distribuidores
+ Responsable de comunicar de manera oportuna los faltantes de cada cirugía que será atendida vía e-mail al Representante de Venta
+ Cubrir las actividades que correspondan de acuerdo con el calendario de guardias
+ Responsable de armar los expedientes, con la documentación requerida y completa para que sea entregada en tiempo al área de prefacturación
+ Responsable de registrar los consumos de material de retorno en las remisiones impresas, así como resguardar el soporte del a información para futuras aclaraciones
+ Responsable de realizar la revisión y cotejo de producto y/o material con los Guardias de Seguridad

ÁREA DE INSTRUMENTAL

+ Responsable de realizar el lavado y mantenimiento de instrumental de acuerdo con el procedimiento establecido
+ Realizar y asegurar el correcto surtimiento de material de acuerdo con la programación de cirugías
+ Responsable de documentar de manera correcta y oportuna el envío de las cirugías programadas
+ Responsable de revisar el estado del instrumental de acuerdo con los procesos establecidos
+ Documentar de forma correcta y oportuna la validación del ciclo de lavado de los instrumentales en los formatos correspondientes
+ Responsable de realizar la documentación fotográfica de los sets armados que serán enviados a cirugía, así mismo enviará las fotografías por WhatsApp al Representante de Venta que programo la cirugía
+ Responsable de revisar el material que retorna del Hospital, con la finalidad de corroborar que el material (sets) haya regresado completo y se encuentre en buen estado buen estado
+ Responsable de dar aviso inmediato al Supervisor de cualquier daño o faltante que haya encontrado en los sets
+ Responsable de realizar la revisión y cotejo de producto y/o material con los Guardias de Seguridad
