We are currently searching for a UX Product Designer:

Responsibilities

  • Understands business requirements for product feature enhancements and translates them into a thoughtful UX approach.
  • Produces user flows, wireframes, and prototypes in Figma for enterprise software, considering user needs and user journeys.
  • Actively participates in brainstorms, critiques, and collaborative sessions with multidisciplinary teams to drive product insight and innovation.
  • Creates high-fidelity design documentation leveraging established design systems for presentation and circulation.
  • Delivers dev-ready designs with functional annotations ensuring clear understanding by development teams.
  • Maintains UX consistency across software ecosystems, ensuring cohesive user experiences.
  • Facilitates team collaboration during project meetings aligned with product phases and feature goals.
  • Assists in presenting and collaborating with stakeholders, articulating design decisions and trade-offs.
  • Identifies and escalates UX opportunities and challenges, balancing design quality with practical execution.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with strong focus on enterprise applications.
  • Solid knowledge of UX design practices: concept design, requirements refinement, user flows, wireframes, information architecture, usability, and design libraries.
  • Proficient with Figma, Miro, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of experience design principles and UX processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially when working with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to translate business feedback into actionable UX solutions with a user-centered mindset.

Desired 

  • Experience working within design systems for scalable enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with agile product development environments.
  • Exposure to UI design execution and pixel-perfect delivery for handoff to developers.

Languages

  • Advanced Oral English.
  • Native Spanish.
