Overview  
We're looking for a visionary and hands-on Technology Manager to lead our development efforts.
This role requires a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and strong people leadership to guide our team and drive the technical direction of our products.
Key Responsibilities  
- Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the long-term technical strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
 - Team Management: Guide and mentor a team of software developers, managing performance, fostering career growth, and promoting a culture of accountability and excellence.
 - Architectural Oversight: Oversee the architectural design and implementation of new features and systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
 - Project Delivery: Manage the execution and delivery of development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and to high quality standards.
 - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the technical point of contact, collaborating effectively with product, operations, and other stakeholders.
  
Required Skills & Experience  
- Technical Management: Proven experience managing and leading a software development team.
 - Core Languages & Frameworks: Deep technical knowledge and recent hands-on experience with Java, Ruby, and the Ruby on Rails framework.
 - Cloud Expertise: Strong understanding and practical experience leveraging AWS cloud services for deployment, scaling, and infrastructure management.
 - Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
 - Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to resolve complex technical and personnel issues.
 - Location & Availability: You currently live in Mexico City and have availability to attend the office 3 times per week.
 - Language: You are able to communicate in English with an advanced level of proficiency.
