Technical Writer
Escolaridad :
Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Information Systems.
Experiencia :
0 - 2 years experience
Conocimientos : Manufacturing experience.
Inquisitive mind, Lifelong learner, Familiar with Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Presentation, Calendar and email)
Experience working with content editors (e.g. Wiki, Wordpress, Blogspot, Square Space)
Writing samples required (school projects, blogs, or speculation work acceptable).
Experience interfacing with non-native English speakers.
Previous experience writing user-facing help, guides or software/hardware related documentation
Habilidades / Competencias : Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Technology savvy, experience editing complex technical documents.
Responsabilidades / Actividades : Write user manuals for new software/edit user manuals to reflect software upgrades
Write accompanying step by step how-to documents
Publish release notes
Manage templates and folders
Make changes on policy documents
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Write/edit whitepapers
Peer review all documents for non-native English speakers
Test software for medical compliance.
Edit requirement documents and test cases
