Technical Support & Training Job Opening In Ciudad Apodaca – Now Hiring Danfoss


Job description

The Impact You'll Make


Perform technical support activities under approval and supervision, using Danfoss systems and following guidelines and procedures, in order to provide agile and appropriate technical support to customers via telephone and email, provide internal support with basic technical knowledge about products, assist in warranty processes, and act in accordance with the company’s Ethics guidelines and Quality Policy.

What You’ll Be Doing


Technical Support: Provide timely and appropriate technical support to customers and the sales team via telephone and email.


Internal Support: Provide support to the sales and administration teams regarding basic technical information on Danfoss products, consulting manuals, technical materials, and specialists.


Warranties: Assist in the warranty process by redirecting requests to the appropriate department and issuing part return authorizations through Danfoss systems.


Technical Project Support: Provide support in engineering developments for automation and control projects, creating CAD designs, programming in Danfoss controller languages, and performing commissioning and field implementations.


What We're Looking For

  • 5 years of experience in technical support
    Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Experience in using CAD and controller programming languages is preferred.
