**Product Development Team: Emerging Warehouse.
**As a part of Luminate Demand Edge and Warehouse Management, the team is implementing products that directly help to modernize WMS product offerings using SaaS technologies.
This both help to complement WMS BY product suites by providing new and existing functionalities on newer platforms and tools.
Integral team spread across US, India and Mexico.
Also have multiple roles in each team including developers, architects, business analysts, quality engineers, development supports, and product managers.
We work across different teams in WMS to share products, features, architecture designs, requirements, and deliverables.
**Overall Scope for this role:**:**As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Devops team, you will be responsible for developing and managing the CI/CD pipeline, Azure Infrastructure As Code, and, GitOps practice in Emerging Warehouse team.**: **Primary Duties and Responsibilities** Consistently delivers solid quality in both design and implementation and helps the team shape what is built how, in particular: - Develops quality software (including effective test code) according to clean code principles and Blue Yonder standards.
- Create and modify CI/CD pipeline using Github Action.
- Manage Azure infrastructure through Terraform - Manage Azure Kubernetes instance and deployment of micro-services using Helm.
- Configure observability and monitoring tools needed to enable dev teams to monitor the services.
- Provides input for the prioritization of issues in the backlog and autonomously pulls issues or supports other team members as appropriate.
- Participates in team activities such as backlog grooming, planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Translates business requirements to user stories and actively seeks feedback by the stakeholders.
- Takes the lead in designs of individual stories and translates the design to subtasks.
- Considers aspects of information security while coding and reviewing other's code.
- Keeps up to date with technology and researches latest trends in the industry.
- Is perceived as the expert in a small area and is the go-to person for related implementational and operational issues.
**What we are looking for** 4 years or more of experience working with: - Experience with cloud infrastructure such as Azure, AWS or Google Cloud - Proficient in Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or other continuous integration software - Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes - Experience on Unix/Linux - Java or another back-end framework - Client and server-side web development using JavaScript, HTML, REST - Experience with SQL query development, database architecture, and query tuning techniques (SQLServer / Oracle) - Experience with development frameworks and build tools such as Spring, Hibernate, Spring Boot, Gradle, Maven, Puppet, Chef, Ansible **Our Values** If you want to know the heart of a company, take a look at their values.
