We're Hiring: Remote Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant/Developer in Mexico Location: Remote from Mexico Job Type: Full-Time Experience Level: Mid to Senior-Level Industry: Technology Must have excellent English speaking and writing skills About Us: At eSage Group, we’re on a mission to continue building out our expert Salesforce implementation team.

Although we have great skills in the Marketing Cloud implementation space, we are looking to develop more expertise in the Service Cloud arena.

As such, we are looking to add highly skilled certified Service Cloud implementation members to our team.

As we scale our customer experience and support operations, we’re looking for a talented and Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant/Developer to help us build and optimize our Salesforce CRM ecosystem.

What You’ll Do: - Design, configure, test and implement customized Salesforce Service Cloud solutions for our customers.

- Implement and maintain case management, knowledge base, and omni-channel support features - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions - Develop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning components, and Visualforce pages - Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs and middleware - Ensure best practices in security, performance, and maintainability - Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing configurations and code What We’re Looking For: - Certification with Salesforce Service Cloud for Consultant or Developer - 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce development, particularly Service Cloud - Experience implementing Salesforce Service Cloud for 5+ clients - Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), and Visualforce - Experience with Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware tools)- Strong understanding of customer support workflows and CRM best practices - Salesforce Service Cloud Platform certification (Developer and/or Service Cloud Consultant)- Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset - Excellent consulting and people skills Nice to Have: - Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, or Jenkins - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Knowledge of other Salesforce clouds (e.g., Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud)Why Join Us?- Competitive salary and benefits - Versátil work environment - Diverse clients - Opportunities for growth, training and certification support - A passionate team that values innovation and impact Ready to Apply?Send your resume and a brief note about why you're excited to join us to
