Role at a Glance:

We’re hiring a Sr. Backend Engineer to lead the development of scalable, AI-driven payment solutions that reduce costs and automate financial workflows.

You’ll design and build user-facing components for our blockchain-powered B2B payment network, impacting how businesses manage receivables and collect revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Build and own critical parts of our payment infrastructure, optimizing for speed, security, and scalability.
  
  
• Develop and scale reusable libraries and frameworks that power our fast-growing ecosystem.
  
  
• Work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences.
  
  
• Lead technical innovation , ensuring our platform stays at the forefront of B2B payments.
  
  
• Mentor engineers, enforcing high standards of code quality, security, and performance.
  
  
• Integrate our SaaS-based payment network into customer workflows.
  
  

Qualifications

• 8+ years building web, mobile-web, or hybrid applications.
  
  
• Node.js & Express.js expertise for backend development and scalable APIs.
• Front-end development proficiency, Engineering best practices .
  
  
• CI/CD pipeline management and DevOps best practices.
  
  
• Experience with event-driven service architectures (RabbitMQ, Kafka) is a plus.
  
  
• English fluency required
