Who will you be working with?

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer – C# & VB.NET (OneStream) to maintain system integrity, optimizing performance, implementing enhancements, and providing technical support to users.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of OneStream architecture, configuration, and administration, with a focus on technical implementation.

As a member of the IT Finance Team, you will be working alongside Finance end-users to enhance the business and experience.

What do we want to know about you?

You must have:

• Bachelor 7s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as C# and VB.net.
  
  
• Proficiency in developing CubeViews and dashboards including drill back.
  
  
• Familiarity with relational databases, SQL queries, and data integration techniques.
  
  
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Strong experience in VB.NET development.
  
  
• Proficiency in object-oriented programming principles.
  
  
• Familiarity with SQL Server and database querying.
  
  
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  
  
• Experience with OneStream or similar tools is a plus but not required.
  
  

What will your typical day look like?

• Design, develop, and implement software applications using VB.NET and C#, ensuring clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
  
  
• Manage system performance, monitoring, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal operation.
  
  
• Follow best coding practices, including code reviews and version control, to maintain a high standard of code quality.
  
  
• Develop and implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  
  
• Develop and maintain the company Cube Views and Dashboards.
  
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OneStream with other systems and applications.
  
  
• Perform regular system upgrades, patches, and enhancements to keep the platform current and secure.
  
  
• Provide technical support to end-users, addressing issues, and resolving technical challenges promptly.
  
  
• Create and maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  
  
• Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data.
  
  
• Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues through systematic debugging and analysis of code.
  
  
• Contribute to the architecture and design of applications, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  
  
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  
  
• Assist in the integration of OneStream or similar financial reporting tools, applying coding skills to enhance functionality.
  
  
• Maintain clear documentation of code and development processes to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  
  
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, implementing innovative solutions to enhance application performance and user experience.
  
  

Physical Demands

• Employee is required to work on a computer for up to 8 hours per day
• Employee may be in a sitting position for several hours per day
• Employee must be able to read small text on computer screens/monitors
• Employee is regularly required to talk and hear

Work Environment

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.

During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
