We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manufacturing Test Engineer to join our Manufacturing Test Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for building next-generation boards and systems and working closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive functional test hardware solutions.
The ideal candidate will drive the scope of the structural test plan on baseboards and systems, review design concepts, define validation plans, develop and automate configurations of test infrastructure to test various product features, and optimize test cost, quality, and manufacturability.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of a structural test plan from the EVT build to identify SMT, PCB, and component issues as early as possible.

What you will be doing:
+ D efine ICT capability, HW design requirements, and board debug capabilities.
The role will start from the design review phase and continue through the NPI bring-up to mass production phase.
+ Optimize the structural test plan to find SMT, PCB, and component issues earlier.
+ Work with board designers, layout engineers, tester vendors, and fixture houses by providing detailed DFM and guidance to meet ICT requirements.
+ P rovide support for production bring-up and debugging.
This will also include supporting the new tester platform bring-up offshore, which involves working with ICT, BSI, FCT universal tester, and more.
+ C oordinate test fixtures/platform automation with suppliers, CMs, and our global team
+ Define and provide procedure/document and technical support as needed.
What you need to see:
+ Master degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or other related fields.
+ At least 5 years of experience in ICT programming, fixture design/manufacturing, and factory testing areas.
+ Experience in ICT development capability, HW design understanding, board debug capabilities.
and structured test understanding.
+ Experience in FCT HW setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
+ Good knowledge of board manufacturing flow, PCB/fixture design, and proven program management capability is essential.
+ Excellent communication, quantitative, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
+ S trong team player, with supporting and analytical skills, and good working habits.
+ Self-starter who can accomplish assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
