About the Role:


We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Software Engineer - .NET Fullstack to join our global technology team.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in solving complex technical challenges, mentoring others, and driving innovation in a collaborative environment.


Responsibilities:
+ Interface with other technical personnel or team members to finalize requirements
+ Write and review portions of detailed specifications for the development of complex system components
+ Complete complex bug fixes
+ Implement and guide others in continuous integration, delivery, and deployment practices
+ Identify operational requirements for logging, instrumentation, and alerting
+ Work closely with other development team members to understand complex product requirements and translate them into software designs
+ Successfully implement development processes, coding best practices, and code reviews
+ Operate in various development environments (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) while collaborating with key stakeholders
+ Resolve intermediate technical issues as necessary
+ Engage in pair programming to support the learning and development of others
+ Mentor less senior software developers on development methodologies and optimization techniques
+ All other duties as assigned




Requirements:
+ 6+ years of Software Engineering experience
+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent required
+ Knowledge of continuous software delivery practices
+ Intermediate knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
+ Intermediate proficiency with data manipulation languages and optimization techniques
+ Intermediate understanding of normalized/dimensional data modeling principles
+ Intermediate knowledge of multiple data storage subsystems
+ Expertise in NET Core / .NET Framework, C#, SQL, Windows, UNIX, HTML, JavaScript, React
+ Proficient research and problem-solving skills
+ Developing knowledge of industry best practices in development
+ Experience using and developing applicable toolsets
+ Ability to interface effectively with internal and external technical teams
+ Knowledge of test-driven development
+ Strong oral and written communication skills
