**How You’ll Make an Impact**
  
We are looking for a  Senior Professional, Data Strategy and Analytics to join our sales team in Mexico.
 This role involves translating marketing and media objectives into concrete action steps to develop media plans across various projects.
The Senior Professional, Data Strategy and Analytics acts as the main point of contact for digital media planning and audience strategies.
  
**What You’ll Achieve**
  
+ Contribute to Communications Planning in Latin America for specific brands.
Manage daily work assigned as part of the LATAM Communications Planning team, including supervision.
+ Manage digital and 360 strategies that are aligned with the overall media strategy for brand campaigns, based on learnings from previous campaigns, KPIs, and macro-audiences.
+ Responsible for the proper execution of digital strategies covering the 360 process from planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting.
+ Coordinate digital campaign planning and performance teams to ensure the delivery of quality customer service.
+ Serve as the main point of guidance for digital planning and performance teams to ensure that objectives are met and identify opportunities for improvement in campaign management.
+ Develop and manage internal processes to improve results, deliverables, and service efficiencies.
+ Lead the development of weekly and final reports that meet client needs, with support in presentations to the Media and Marketing teams.
+ Manage internal team sessions with key suppliers (Meta, Google, TikTok) to keep knowledge up to date and identify opportunities.
+ Train team members to increase their capabilities and collaborate in achieving their goals and professional growth.
+ Digital point of contact for strategy development, ensuring technical consulting and innovation.
+ Manage the mix of digital channels and the digital tactical plan based on macro-audiences and a single stage of the funnel.
+ Prioritize platforms, formats, and budget in accordance with the digital strategy.
+ Updates to digital plans.
Adjust flow, verify budget balances, recalculate objectives, and resubmit implementations.
+ Action plans for continuous improvement and budget control.
+ Monitor KPIs by funnel stage to meet the client's business needs.
  
**Who You Are**
  
+  **What you’ll bring with you:**
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in online media planning and negotiation at an interactive agency.
+ Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, or related program.
+ Strategic thinking in digital marketing in general, with a focus on media and technologies.
+ Proficient in English for business discussions and correspondence at an intermediate level.
+ Basic knowledge of communication and marketing.
+ Order and discipline in processes and information.
+ Centralization of information between Client, Creative Agency, and Operations.
+ Ability to deal with clients, good writing and communication skills.
+ Knowledge of the Media Buying Ecosystem.
