We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to lead integration and customization projects for a global CRM delivery team in the Americas.
You will lead architecture decisions, oversee integrations, and mentor team members while ensuring compliance with performance and security standards.

Responsibilities
- Lead the squad in delivering integration and customization solutions on Dynamics 365 for the acquired business unit
- Own architecture decisions for CRM workflows, custom entities, data models, and integrations
- Oversee CRM integration with external systems such as SAP and Customer Portal
- Collaborate with Global CRM Governance Team including CEM Architect and Product Owner for roadmap alignment and best practices
- Ensure high development standards and mentor team members
- Drive compliance with multilingual, performance, and security requirements
- Lead code reviews and enforce coding standards and branching strategy
- Set up CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps
- Coordinate technical activities of the development team
- Develop plugins, workflows, Power Automate flows, and custom UI components using TypeScript, C#, and FetchXML
- Translate functional specifications into technical designs
- Mentor developers and ensure alignment with architecture
- Customize and extend CRM functionalities across Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Marketing modules
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM
- Strong background in solution architecture, customization, and data modeling
- Expertise in Azure DevOps, Power Platform, Dataverse, and Dynamics SDK
- Proven leadership experience in global enterprise CRM deployments
- Experience with integration tools such as Logic Apps, REST APIs, and SQL Server
- Strong communication and mentoring skills
- Proficiency in Portuguese (Brazilian) and English at B2+ level
