Sr Manager, Change Management

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Senior Manager of Change Management to support cross-functional transformation initiatives.

This role will focus on enabling successful process and organizational changes across functions and geographies by driving stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in change management and a practical understanding of how to guide teams through operational and process transformation.


This position reports to the Senior Director, Organizational Development & Change Management and will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Communications, and business leaders.

Sr Manager, Change Management

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative Senior Manager of Change Management to support cross-functional transformation initiatives.

This role will focus on enabling successful process and organizational changes across functions and geographies by driving stakeholder engagement, readiness, and adoption.

The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in change management and a practical understanding of how to guide teams through operational and process transformation.

This position reports to the Senior Director, Organizational Development & Change Management and will collaborate closely with HRBPs, Communications, and business leaders.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Change Management Planning & Execution

  • Develop and implement change management plans to support process and organizational transformation across functions in alignment with overarching change strategy; ensure consistency and synergy across workstreams.

  • Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations to identify risks and mitigation strategies.

  • Partner with project teams and functional leaders to integrate change management into process redesign and implementation efforts.

  • Support stakeholder engagement through targeted communications, training, and feedback loops.

  • Monitor adoption and resistance, and adjust strategies to ensure sustained change.

  • Collaborate with the Communications team to develop clear, consistent messaging that supports process change initiatives.

  • Tailor communication and engagement strategies to different stakeholder groups to drive clarity and commitment.


     

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Enablement

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across business units to understand needs and concerns related to process changes.

  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions to build awareness, alignment, and ownership of change.

  • Support leaders in their role as change sponsors, providing tools and coaching to enhance their effectiveness.


     

  • Measurement & Continuous Improvement

  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to change adoption and process effectiveness.

  • Gather feedback and insights to continuously improve change management approaches.

  • Share lessons learned and best practices to build change capability across the organization.

  • EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in change management, organizational development, or transformation roles 

  • Proven success supporting process and org design change initiatives in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter); certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate ambiguity effectively.

  • Experience with global business service transformations a plus 

  • Physical Requirements:

    Some travel may be required, approximately 20%
