Responsibilities
- Design and implement automation workflows for provisioning and managing network devices, servers, and storage.
- Standardize configuration baselines and lead the transition to a foundational-first approach.
- Audit existing device configurations, identify gaps, and lead remediation efforts.
- Develop automation templates using tools like Ansible, Terraform, and NetBox.
- Ensure compliance and scalability through automated provisioning and configuration management.
- Automate compliance validation and drift detection mechanisms.
- Implement configuration management features, including version control and security hardening.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and update automation frameworks.
- Design and implement automation solutions using CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Optimize build, test, and deployment pipelines for cloud and on-premises infrastructure.
- Mentor teams and share automation best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align automation initiatives with organizational goals.
- Document architectures, processes, and workflows.
- Present technical updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years in DevOps, SRE, or similar roles with leadership experience.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise infrastructure, networking, cloud, and security.
- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Go.
- Expertise in infrastructure-as-code and configuration tools like Terraform, Ansible, Chef, Puppet.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with large-scale enterprise automation.
- Knowledge of cloud networking, load balancers, hybrid cloud architectures.
- Familiarity with ITSM platforms and CMDB.
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Ansible, Terraform, Kubernetes).

Additional Information
This role is fully remote, based in Poland, with a hybrid policy requiring presence at the office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.
