Experience: + years in Project Management or Scrum Master roles, especially in software development.Financial Expertise: Strong background in budgeting and financial forecasting.Agile Proficiency: Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).Technical Understanding: Solid grasp of SDLC and ability to communicate with engineers.Commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce workflows (user journeys, order/payment systems).Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution.Tools: Proficient in JIRA and other project collaboration platforms.
