**Introduction**

The Scrum Master for Enterprise Compute leads Agile adoption within infrastructure delivery teams across Windows, Linux, and Unix platforms.

This role ensures delivery predictability, facilitates Agile ceremonies, and partners with technical leaders to align backlog priorities with enterprise compute objectives.

Acting as a coach and servant leader, the Scrum Master drives visibility, continuous improvement, and a culture of agility tailored to complex infrastructure environments.

**Your role and responsibilities**

As a successful Project Manager, you will lead a team of technical experts to ensure the formulation, development, and implementation of projects that meet and exceed the client's business objectives.

In this role, you will work closely with client stakeholders and the IBM team to meet the overall integrated solution plan, budget, schedule, and staffing requirements while exceeding your client's expectations.

* Project Management: Creating and executing project management plans including, financial, scope, and change, deliverables and communication controls.

* Cross-Team Communication: Strong communication skills (written and verbal) with the client, partner, and account team on project status.

* Reporting and Metrics Management: Report and strategize solutions for managing project metrics including project health, financials-costs, revenue, and gross profit, team productivity, and client satisfaction.

**Required technical and professional expertise**

Agile Transformation Leadership: Champion and guide Agile transformation efforts within infrastructure teams, promoting the adoption of Agile principles and Scrum practices.

Cross-Platform Management: Ensure all cross-platform initiatives (Windows, Linux, Unix) align with and meet enterprise objectives concerning availability, resilience, and cost optimization.

Sprint Planning and Execution: Facilitate proactive sprint planning for the Enterprise Compute team, ensuring predictable delivery cycles and consistent velocity tracking.

Scrum Ceremony Facilitation: Orchestrate all Scrum ceremonies for the Compute team, maintaining alignment with overall platform priorities and goals.

Backlog Refinement and KPI Monitoring: Collaborate with technical leads to refine backlog items that correspond with infrastructure and operational requirements.

Drive transparency in delivery progress using Compute-related KPIs such as patch compliance, platform stability, and automation adoption.
