**Your role and responsibilities**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Salesforce Business Analyst / Test Specialist to join our team.

This role is responsible for gathering business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce implementations through rigorous testing.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, while also owning the testing lifecycle.

As a Salesforce Consultant you will serve as a client-facing practitioner who sells, leads and implements expert services utilizing the breadth of IBM's offerings and technologies.

A successful Consultant is regarded by clients as a trusted business advisor who collaborates to provide innovative solutions used to solve the most challenging business problems.

You will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

You can take advantage of opportunities to master new skills, work across different disciplines, move into new challenges and develop a robust understanding of different industries.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Innovative Salesforce CRM Solutions: Collaborate with clients and development team to design and implement creative solutions with Salesforce CRM Applications.

Strategic Consulting and Functional Leadership: Use your consulting skills and business knowledge to lead functional discussions to understand client's business challenges and address them with solution architecture.

Architectural Best Practices Advocacy: Establish and promote with internal teams the design and architecture guidelines and best practice standards.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Requirements analysis and documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Salesforce CRM and associated applications; translate business needs into user stories, process flows, and functional specifications; perform gap analysis and propose scalable solutions.
* Salesforce configuration and customization: Support the configuration and customization of objects, workflows, and reports; facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for end users.
* Testing and quality assurance: Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functionalities and integrations; execute functional, regression, and UAT testing across multiple Salesforce modules; identify, document, and track defects using tools such as JIRA or ALM; work with developers to validate fixes and ensure timely resolution.
* Experience and technical knowledge: Extensive experience as a Business Analyst or QA/Test Specialist in Salesforce environments; strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and declarative tools; proven experience with both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools; proficient in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and test documentation.
* Excellent communication skills in English, problem-solving abilities, and stakeholder management skills.
