As a Security and Access Solutions Regional Sales Director you will own the growth and delivery of the Latin America region.

Your role is to achieve annual operating plan targets through a continuous improvement process that best places the business to achieve high-performance outcomes.

You will be responsible for stabilizing processes, implementing a robust operating system, and developing and maintaining executive relationships with the industry and regions of responsibility.

You will report to the Building Automation Regional General Manager for LatAm.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing a sales team.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills (8+ years).

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Ability to develop synergy and integration strategies between work teams and business units.

  • Deep knowledge of the security and access control technologies market across Latin America.

  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and drive customer acquisition.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and deliver exceptional customer experience.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.

  • Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior leadership.
