Job Description
QA Engineering Management role focusing on quality system maintenance, supplier performance evaluation, risk-based thinking promotion, and quality personnel development.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the quality system according to the needs of all stakeholders.
- Coordinate the evaluation of the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system with the organization's management team.
- Evaluate supplier performance to develop them and achieve stakeholder objectives.
- Promote a culture of risk-based thinking within the organization to mitigate risks that may impact stakeholders.
- Manage the human resources, equipment, and infrastructure of the quality department efficiently and effectively.
- Coordinate the preparation of corporate quality reports.
- Manage the development of quality personnel through training and task assignments.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Industrial Engineering, Communications, Electronics, or related field.
- Experience: 5–8 years in quality assurance, quality system management, or related roles.

Knowledge
- Expert level knowledge, use, and ability to train in statistical tools.
- Comprehensive quality system management (IATF 16949, OEM CSR, VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, applicable CQI, TL9000, ISO9001).
- Process and product control for SMT, mechanical assembly, and fiber optic technologies.
- Root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions management.
- Problem solving, risk management (ISO31000 and ISO 31001).
- Quality reporting and compliance assurance.
- APQP & Core tools.
- Regulatory agencies; product safety (PSO/PSB); IPC A‑610.
- Core tools: PPAP, APQP, FMEA, SQA, MSA, SPC.
- ISO: IATF16949, ISO14001 / ISO 9001 / OHAS 18001.
