· Strong technical background in engineering principles and practices, with expertise in relevant engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, textile).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
· Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable
· Knowledge of project management principles and practices, including project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
· Proficiency in project management software tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.
· Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.
· Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.
· Bilingual: English and Spanish
