$100,000 – $120,000 About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled
Program Manager – Engineering
to lead multiple complex programs within our New Product Introduction (NPI) team.
This senior-level position requires strong technical expertise and the ability to manage timing, cost, and quality across global manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience in precision stamping, interconnect products, and connector programs.
Key Responsibilities Program Leadership: Oversee multiple programs (7 total in 2025, including 3 major programs valued at $1M+).
Ensure successful delivery of finished goods by managing end-to-end processes.
Technical Coordination: Work closely with engineering, quality, and logistics teams to meet customer requirements.
Manage molds, stamping dies, presses, and poly compound programs.
Project Management: Develop and maintain project schedules using
MS Project
and
Excel
.
Utilize
IQMS ERP
and cloud/server-based systems for program tracking.
Maintain shared documentation via
Teams/SharePoint
.
Supplier & Customer Interface: Coordinate with suppliers and customers for project milestones and deliverables.
Issue purchase orders after scoping requirements.
Global Logistics: Manage logistics across China, Mexico, and Germany for program components.
Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Controls Engineering preferred.
Consideration for candidates without a degree if experience is strong.
Experience: Senior-level program management in
precision products

interconnect
, or
connector manufacturing
.
Familiarity with small-sized precision stamping terminals (e.g., Molex, TE, Interplex).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in
Excel
,
MS Project
, and ERP systems (IQMS).
Ability to work with computerized/cloud-based systems (not paper-based).
Soft Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously under tight timelines.
Ideal Candidate Background Precision stamping and connector industry experience.
Manufacturing background with exposure to tooling and stamping processes.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with frequent travel.
Work Environment Senior-level role within the NPI team.
Requires presence in Mexico (Tijuana) 3x per week
