- For more information you can visit - Currently we are looking for our next: **Network Optimization Analyst** **Which is the main objective of this role?** - The PMF Network Optimization Analyst is responsible for leading strategic network optimization projects and conduct analysis to best define product’s sourcing, storage and distribution at the lowest cost and contributing to the productivity agenda of the business.
- This is accomplished by connecting and collaborating with cross functional teams (Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, DC OPS, Transportation, Engineering, Value Chain Tranformation, QC) to ensure alignment and a successful project’s implementation.
- Ultimately, this role will be responsible for gathering data, build and analyzing optimization models using a Supply Chain Network Software software (Supply Chain Guru - Llamasoft TBC).
**What will you be doing?**- Develop robust network optimization models to evaluate project hypothesis and strategic alternatives and quantify model changes in end-to-end supply chain.
Each project optimizes the network in terms of fixed investment cost relative to production, transportation, and warehouse costs- The focus will be on building strategic network models for assigned platforms in the PMF network- Role will involve extensive collaboration with domain experts from Supply Chain function to gather, understand and process supply chain network data- Lead cross functional teams to deliver high quality analyses and recommendations- Partner with Finance and Engineering to provide necessary inputs for any Capex requests and approvals and ensure that project recommendations are organizationally aligned- Utilize organizational systems and tools for data collection and to build project facts, benchmarking analyses etc.- Lead and follow up on defined network optimization projects **Qualifications** **Who are we looking for?**- Bachelors Degree in Operations Research, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supply chain planning/optimization function- Must be comfortable handling very large data sets- Ability to create reports in Excel / Power BI / Data Guru or using similar tools.- Ability to automate repetitive tasks- Excellent communication / influence skills- Ability to lead and develop others **What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation- A adaptable work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs **Thank you so much for considering PepsiCo to start or continue your career!
