Overview
This role is ideal for someone with experience in Murex operations, who wants to work on complex business workflows and provide top-notch support to end-users.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of MxML and workflow development, as well as experience in troubleshooting technical issues.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, amend, and troubleshoot business workflows for contract, confirmations, settlements, and collateral using Murex functional and technical knowledge.
- Resolve daily end-user issues on functional and technical aspects of OPS / BO processing.
- Address assigned tasks to complete OPS, BO requirements, and MarkitWire needs.
- Buid new upstream/downstream integrations with Murex.
- Convert existing integration points with Murex version changes.
- Develop MXML (Workflows, Exchange) and XSL/Transformation.
- Apply scripting skills (Bsh, Ksh, etc.).
- Assist support groups in resolving integration-related requests/issues.
- Contribute to overall solutions as per project deliverables.
- Perform various testing levels for assigned deliverables and participate in formal release cycles.
- Liaise with technical teams to resolve environment-related issues and enhance preparations for cloud deployment.
- Analyze, formulate, propose, develop, and contribute to overall solutions.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Murex Operations and MxML/WF experience.
- Financial products knowledge preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of OPS processing, MarkitWire, and Trade Life Cycle management.
- Strong understanding of OSP, Workflows, Operations, Fixings process, Confirmations, and Trade Life Cycle.
- Good knowledge of post-trade interactions between capital market actors and service providers.
- Good understanding and hands-on experience in Batch processing, Cash Flow Management, and End of Day issue resolutions flow(s).

- Strong experience in supporting end-users and resolving daily issues.
