Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst
This is a client-facing role responsible for reviewing the business needs and designing, implementing, and supporting CRM applications of company clients.
The successful candidate must demonstrate a willingness to go the extra mile for the team's success.
They will be a problem solver, creative thinker, fast learner, and detail-oriented.
Skills
- 2 to 5 years consulting experience in business applications with a focus on business modeling and software implementation.
Demonstrated ability to:
- Analyze and understand business problems.
- Model data and processes.
- Conduct workshops.
Familiar and experienced in:
- Core application functionality.
- Implementation Methodology – Some use and knowledge of Microsoft SureStep.
- Application technology stack.
- Related Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server, Microsoft .NET, Microsoft Office SharePoint Portal Server, Microsoft BizTalk Server.
Industry Knowledge
- Microsoft CRM certifications (e.g., application, customization, and configuration), a plus.
Position Description:
- Lead and/or participate in analysis sessions with clients to determine application requirements for new CRM implementations.
- Analyze client business processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Perform gap analysis between a client's requirements and the functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Design and write specifications for CRM customization to meet customer requirements to be implemented by team members doing CRM coding.
- Perform data migration analysis and planning for design purposes.
Basic Qualifications
- 3-5 years experience implementing large packaged CRM applications (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Siebel, SAP CRM, Oracle CRM, SalesForce.com, SalesLogix, or Pivotal) required.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with the native configuration and customization tools exposed from Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
- Strong conceptual, analytic, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be a team player and be able to effectively interact with staff at all levels of the firm.
Preferred Qualifications
- MS Dynamics CRM software experience.
- Experience with Scribe or similar data integration tools.
- Experience with Agile methodologies a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to be located in the client’s city during projects.
