Manhattan WMS –Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

Work you'll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries.

You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions.

• The position will be responsible for the L2 and L3 support.
  
  
• The position will also cover the Incident & Request Management support for L2, L3 tickets to quality assurance testing of delivered system changes and training and implementation of any system changes into production.
  
  
• Also support analysis, recommendation and Functional and System Integration Testing implementation of any new functionality within WMS related to L2 tickets.
  
  
• Role will also include monitoring to follow best practices within the application and to define any new best practices.

Qualifications

Required

1. 6 -10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.
   
   
2. Completion of coursework (Egresado ) in any pertinent field or industry.
   
   
3. Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.
   
   
4. Identifies key drivers, defines problems and proposes solutions.
   
   
5. Advanced English level,

Preferred

• 2–3-years of experience in Production support for L1-L2 tickets on Manhattan WMS solution (preferably MAWM or Active version).

• Warehouse functional knowledge in: Receiving, Shipping, Order Management, Inventory Management, Labor Standards and Fulfilment.

• Experience using analytics and metrics to assess warehouse processes and operational performance to identify and quantify improvement opportunities.

• 1-2 full lifecycle Manhattan WMS implementation experience.

• Experience working in a consulting firm delivering supply chain services in a client environment

• Experience working with cross-functional / extended teams.

• Critical thinking, analytics and problem-solving skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment

• Strong oral and written communication skills.

• Advanced Degree in Supply Chain or Business (MBA) with an operations research or supply chain emphasis.
