**Job Description**

We are seeking a Lead Frontend Developer to help us develop and maintain outstanding web products.

You will join the Dev & API team in the international Digital Customer Experience organization, which includes over 140 team members from around the world.

We develop, support, and lead the digital customer experience at Danfoss.

We combine business needs with IT to create digital solutions.

You will work at our Monterrey offices, with the option to work from home a few days each week if preferred.

**Job Responsibilities**

· Developing new web applications with React JS and TypeScript.

· Acting as team lead in project scrum team.

· Supporting existing web products.

· Ensuring that Danfoss web products deliver excellent performance, accessibility, and usability.

· Facilitating communication between scrum teams, alignment with architect, and business analysts.

· Outlining ideas, tools, and best practices to enhance development processes, including automation, security, and audits.

· Diagnosing problems, inefficiencies, and weaknesses in solutions and working to improve them.

· Writing high-quality code with the team—focusing on collaboration through pair programming, code reviews, and comprehensive documentation.

**Background & Skills**

· Proficiency in English skills, both verbal and written, is essential, with a minimum level of B2.

· Over 5 years of experience required.

· In-depth knowledge of modern TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS/SCSS, and HTML.

· Strong understanding of React.js.

· Experience with React.js ecosystem frameworks like Next.js and libraries such as Redux.

· Familiarity with testing and test automation, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

· Knowledge of frontend tooling like Webpack or Vite.

· Expertise in integrating and developing services using OpenAPI, REST, and GraphQL.

· Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, including automated deployments to PaaS infrastructure and IaaS.

· Knowledge of Web components, Playwright, Node.js, C#, Kubernetes, SQL, and NoSQL databases is a plus.
