Tu misión como Key Account Manager:
- Estrategia y Ejecución de Ventas: Diseñarás e implementarás estrategias de ventas a medida ofreciendo Oracle NetSuite, enfocándote en maximizar el valor y el revenue de nuestra cartera de prospectos.
- Calificación de Oportunidades: Serás el(la) experto(a) en calificar leads generados por Marketing y nuestro equipo de BDR, asegurando que cada oportunidad de ventas de Oracle NetSuite tenga un alto potencial de conversión.
- Identificación de Nuevas Oportunidades: Con tu visión de negocio y conocimiento local, identificarás proactivamente nuevas vías de crecimiento dentro de tu territorio asignado, detectando necesidades no cubiertas y proponiendo soluciones.
- Colaboración Interdepartamental: Trabajarás codo a codo con nuestros equipos de Producto, Soporte y Marketing, asegurando una experiencia coherente y exitosa para el cliente de principio a fin.
- Impacto Medible: Te enfocarás en superar consistentemente tus objetivos de revenue y en garantizar la máxima satisfacción de tus clientes, siendo un verdadero socio estratégico para ellos.
¿Qué Buscamos en Ti?
- Experiencia Comercial Comprobada en el Mercado de ERPs/SaaS: Mínimo de 5 años de experiencia comercial destacada en la industria de Nube, ERP, SaaS, consultoría tecnológica o de procesos.
- Maestro(a) de Procesos Comerciales: Posees experiencia demostrada en cada etapa del ciclo de ventas, desde la prospección hasta el cierre y la gestión de cuentas.
- Habilidades de Liderazgo y Comunicación: Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita, capacidad de liderazgo en negociaciones y un pensamiento estratégico que te permite ver el panorama completo.
Deseable:
- Conocimiento de Oracle NetSuite: O experiencia sólida con herramientas ERP similares, lo que acelerará tu impacto.
- Venta de Intangibles/Servicios: Experiencia en la comercialización de servicios o soluciones intangibles.
- Dominio del Inglés: Un plus para nuestras interacciones con equipos y clientes internacionales.
