IT Systems Specialist - Windows
We are seeking an IT Systems Specialist to join our team at Marsh.
This role will be based in Mexico City.
This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As an IT Systems Engineer at Marsh, you will be responsible for problem solving, root cause analysis, knowledge generation, and developing repeatable processes.
In addition, you will be the escalation point for non-standard issues and incidents and responsible for the construction of standard communications.

Windows Server administrationBack-end systems and application implementation and supportParticipate in building specifications for application environments.Patch Software obsolescence ManagementKnowledge creation and documentation, improving process efficiencyCommunications to team and the businessConduct advanced training for the Tech Services teamEscalation SupportEngagement with MMC Tech Infrastructure colleagues to drive solutionsBackup Help Desk and Local Support as neededCandidate should be process-oriented with good understanding of Incident and Change Management ProcessesWhat you need to have:
4+ years Windows Server Administration experienceAdvanced Windows PC OS and hardware knowledge and troubleshootingPractical Knowledge of LAN/WAN networkingActive Directory object management experience and knowledge of sites and services, trusts, replication, DFS and core AD functionsBack-end enterprise application installation, management and support on distributed networksSoftware experience: M365 core applications, NTFS permissions management, Windows server configuration and optimization.Demonstrable analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishWhat makes you stand out:
