**Introduction**
In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world.

Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

You'll work with visionaries across multiple industries to improve the hybrid cloud and AI journey for the most innovative and valuable companies in the world.

**Your role and responsibilities**
* Configure and manage Jira projects: workflows, custom fields, dashboards, permissions.
* Build JSM service desks end‑to‑end: request types, ProForma, customer portals, SLAs, queues, approvals, automations, knowledge base integration, and email/channel intake.
* Partner with business stakeholders and vendors (including Atlassian) to elicit, document, and translate requirements into scalable Jira/JSM configurations.
* Design intuitive, customer‑ready ProForma forms that align to business processes and data capture needs.
* Deliver post‑launch support, including troubleshooting, enhancements, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Extensive, demonstrable experience building JSM service desks from the ground up (workflows, request types, SLAs, queues, automations, portals, knowledge base).
* Proven ability to design intuitive ProForma forms based on customer requirements, with strong UX sensibility for form logic, validation, and data quality.
* Practical experience with Jira Assets (Insight) configuration and governance.
* Strong customer‑facing skills to elicit, document, and validate requirements with both business and technical stakeholders.
* Clear communication skills to translate technical details for non‑technical audiences.
**Preferred technical and professional experience**
* Expertise with eazyBI for Jira to produce actionable reports and dashboards.
* Familiarity with Confluence
* Scripting/automation experience (e.g., ScriptRunner), plus REST API integrations for Jira.
* Understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and the ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines.
