This role supports and works directly with the team of our Acceleration Center in Mexico and the team of PwC’s Acceleration Centers to support business and employee needs.
General purpose of the position: Defining and executing internal communications initiatives and activities, with the ability to clearly and concisely develop, present and articulate messages that build engagement and effective communication for our Acceleration Center team in Mexico.
Provide comms support and guidance to various internal stakeholders, teams, functions and leaders.
Academic background: Ideally, Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Literature or Marketing.
English level:
Advanced.
Need to be able to have business conversations in English.
Work experience: -3-5 years of experience in internal communications or corporate communications in multinational companies or multicultural environments.
-Human resources or people experience are a plus.
-Knowledge and experience working with Microsoft 365 Suite, Oracle Eloqua or similar Mailing Tools, Adobe Suite, Viva Engage, Canva, Chat GPT, Copilot, are desired
Knowledge and skills: The ideal candidate will have abilities and knowledge with and/or a proven record of success and expertise in the following areas: -Experience working in a B2B or a professional services organization, preferably with centers of excellence, delivery centers or acceleration centers.
-Good verbal and written communication with strong English written skills, grammatically correct and able to adapt to a variety of channels and formats.
-Attention to detail and quality.
-Cultural sensitivity, cross-cultural communication and effectiveness working with different geographies, staff levels, business units/lines of service.
-Connecting dots between firm-developed narratives and among workstreams and stakeholders.
-Ensuring information is shared in a clear, interesting and relevant way, taking an innovative approach through multiple channels and using new technologies / platforms to deliver messages.
-Proven ability to communicate and to talk through complicated concepts in a straightforward and compelling way to help influence perceptions.
-Identifying stakeholders, audience groups and impact to audiences during each project or initiative.
-Able to manage multiple projects/priorities simultaneously.
-Proven experience in creating engaging written content, proofread and edit including compilation of data (translate complex to simple).
Updating and editing documents, presentations and internal websites in an intranet.
-Strong desire to collaborate, share knowledge and learn from colleagues and stakeholders
