Reporting to the Sr. Manager Business System, the **Functional Sr** **.

Analyst Oracle S** **CM** is responsible for leading Oracle SCM implementations and enhancements, bridging business needs with technical solutions, and optimizing supply chain processes across purchasing, inventory, order management, and planning.



This position is part of the Operational Excellence & Project Management team located in **CDMX** and will be **hybrid (4 days in the office, 1 remote)** .



**In** **this** **role, a** **typical** **day** **will** **look** **like** **:**



+ Lead and executeimplementation, configuration, and supportof Oracle EBS and Oracle Cloud SCM modules.



+ Act as a functional liaison betweenbusinessstakeholders, IT, and externalvendors.



+ Conductrequirementgathering, functionaldesign, documentation, and testing.



+ Proposeprocessimprovements and evaluate Oracle Cloud innovationsformigrationopportunities.



+ Supportuser training and changemanagementinitiatives.



**The** **essential** **requirements** **of** **the** **job** **include** **:**



+ 5+ yearsofexperiencewith Oracle EBS SCM (version 12.1 orhigher).



+ 2+ yearsofexperiencewith Oracle Cloud SCM, ideallyincludingmigrationorcoexistenceprojects.



+ Functionalexpertise in PO, INV, OM, Shipping, Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, OM Cloud, and PIM.



+ Experiencewith BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).



+ Intermediate to advanced English proficiency for technical reading and international collaboration

**Reportando al Sr. Manager de Sistemas Empresariales** , el **Analista Funcional Senior Oracle SCM** es responsable de liderar implementaciones y mejoras de Oracle SCM, conectando las necesidades del negocio con soluciones técnicas y optimizando los procesos de la cadena de suministro en compras, inventario, gestión de pedidos y planificación.



Este puesto forma parte del equipo de Excelencia Operacional y Gestión de Proyectos ubicado en **CDMX** y será **híbrido** (4 días en oficina, 1 remoto).



**En este rol, un día típico incluirá:**



+ Liderar y ejecutar la implementación, configuración y soporte de los módulos Oracle EBS y Oracle Cloud SCM.

+ Actuar como enlace funcional entre los interesados del negocio, el equipo de TI y proveedores externos.

+ Realizar recopilación de requisitos, diseño funcional, documentación y pruebas.

+ Proponer mejoras de procesos y evaluar innovaciones de Oracle Cloud para oportunidades de migración.

+ Apoyar en la formación de usuarios e iniciativas de gestión del cambio.



**Requisitos esenciales del puesto:**



+ Más de 5 años de experiencia con Oracle EBS SCM (versión 12.1 o superior).

+ Más de 2 años de experiencia con Oracle Cloud SCM, idealmente incluyendo proyectos de migración o coexistencia.

+ Experiencia funcional en PO, INV, OM, Envíos, Procurement Cloud, Inventory Cloud, OM Cloud y PIM.

+ Experiencia con BI Publisher, OTBI y Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

+ Nivel de inglés intermedio a avanzado para lectura técnica y colaboración internacional.
