  Responsibilities 
    Guide and lead a full-stack development team   Coordinate activities with client stakeholders   Serve as the main point of contact for all team-related aspects   Map user stories to detailed technical specifications   Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and document solutions; participate in code reviews   Architect pilot or PoC efforts to bring innovation to delivery   Implement back-end, middle-end, and front-end parts of applications, integrating and testing them   Manage multiple source repositories, cherry-pick changes, and maintain release repositories, including release config repo in parallel to current development   Conduct operational triage of bugs, failed test cases, and system failures   Create and optimize infrastructure performance metrics   
  Requirements 
    8+ years of experience with IT projects, with at least 3 fully participated and delivered projects   5+ years of strong hands-on development experience in enterprise-class applications using Java, Spring and/or Angular 7, JS/Typescript   Deep understanding of all aspects of databases including schema design, optimization, and scalability   Comfortable writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures/functions on Oracle DB   Full-stack mindset, willing to learn and work on different aspects of applications, including analysis, development, testing, and integration   Strong knowledge of Design Patterns and familiarity with the latest architectural paradigms   Proven ability to design and build complex technology systems   Experience in drawing up system and low-level designs   Ability to articulate clear business objectives aligned to technical specifications and work in an iterative agile pattern daily   Experience in SDLC, especially testing and deployment   Experience with Agile delivery (Scrum)   English proficiency of B2+ level   
  Nice to Have 
    Experience with Microservices/Enterprise Integration Patterns, Messaging systems (JMS/AMQ/WMQ), Rules Engine (preferably BRMS)   Mongo DB/Hadoop experience   Experience delivering in SAFe delivery model   Knowledge of healthcare insurance domain   Business Driven Development (BDD) / Specification by Example   Test Automation knowledge and experience
