If you're passionate about strategy, creativity, and results, this is the place for you.WE ARE HIRING:GPT-Automation Builder & HubSpot OpsResourceful, self-sufficient builder to help us refine and expand our high-performance AI/ Automation systems.This role is part tech integrator, part automation strategist, part AI whisperer ideal for someone based in LATAM who can work flexibly across tools and speak the language of both operations and AI logic.

into real tools and workflows using Airtable, OpenAI, Replit, and HubSpot.Activities- Refining tools that are already working and building others, generating enormous value to our business.

- Translate complex workflows (like RFP and proposal generators) into automated pipelines.- Manage and optimize HubSpot CRM: properties, workflows, tagging, and lists.- Help connect front-end inputs (like Typeform or Notion) to AI-based engines.- Format and output results into Airtable, Google Slides, MS or Notion.- Act as a logic bridge between prompts, brand strategy, and structured output.Skills- Strong experience with Airtable, , Replit, Notion, JSON, Python, Hubspot.- Experience with APIs and integrations.- Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON or Python (or strong low-code logic skills).- Hands-on HubSpot experience.- Clear communicator in English and Spanish or Portuguese.- Comfortable with async, independent work and fast iteration.Great if you have- Experience with multiple AI prompt systems or built internal tooling.- Ability to build simple UIs (Replit, Glide, Softr, etc.).- CRM reporting or data visualization skills.- Experience in LATAM tech, SaaS, or creative markets.What you will get- Hands-on access to a mature AI strategy framework that has a year of work behind it and clear results.- Creative freedom to shape tooling from scratch.- Collaboration with C-Level directly- Full async, remote work setup with autonomy and focus possibleAt another Group we respect and celebrate diversity.
