Job Description
Design, develop, and maintain customized solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform, integrating technologies such as ASP.NET Core, Power Platform, and Azure services, in order to meet business requirements, ensure system functionality, performance, and scalability, and contribute to continuous development through collaboration with cross‑functional teams and the application of best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet business requirements.
- Design, develop, and maintain ASP.NET Core Web APIs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Dynamics 365 and associated technologies.
- Create and manage plugins, Power Automate flows, custom APIs, Azure Functions, Key Vaults, and Power Apps forms.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand and implement new features and enhancements.
- Ensure the quality and performance of applications through testing and maintenance.
Requirements
- 6 to 8 years of experience.
- Proven experience in Dynamics 365 customizations and development.
- Strong knowledge of ASP.NET Core or C#, and Web API development.
- Proficiency with Git for version control.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and concepts.
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem‑solving in a technical environment.
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 plugins, Power Automate, custom APIs, Azure Functions, Key Vaults, and Power Apps forms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Self‑motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.
- Advanced English.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other Microsoft technologies and services.
- Knowledge of best practices in software development and deployment.
- Certification in Dynamics 365 or related technologies.
Labor Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm

Salary
$100,000 MXN Gross Salary (nominal) or $120,000 MXN (Contractor)
