El Ingeniero Especialista en Análisis de Datos apoya al área de Digital Solutions en la extracción, procesamiento y análisis de información proveniente de controladores paramétricos o en cascada.

Es responsable de generar y optimizar código para integrar los datos en bases SQL, desarrollar analíticos que faciliten la toma de decisiones, y elaborar reportes que permitan cuantificar ahorros energéticos, detectar oportunidades de mantenimiento preventivo y evaluar el desempeño de las estrategias implementadas en los sistemas de control.

FUNCIONES ESPECÍFICAS

INTERNAS

• Extraer y transformar datos provenientes de controladores HVAC, refrigeración u otros sistemas automatizados.
  
  
• Desarrollar y mantener scripts o rutinas en Python, R u otros lenguajes para limpieza, normalización y estructuración de datos.
  
  
• Integrar y administrar la información en bases de datos SQL, asegurando la calidad, consistencia e integridad de los registros.
  
  
• Diseñar dashboards, reportes y modelos analíticos en Power BI o herramientas equivalentes que soporten la toma de decisiones.
  
  
• Analizar tendencias de consumo, alarmas y desempeño para identificar oportunidades de ahorro energético y mantenimiento preventivo.
  
  
• Apoyar en la validación de estrategias de control y en la evaluación de resultados mediante indicadores cuantitativos.
  
  
• Colaborar con el equipo de Soluciones Digitales en la automatización de flujos de datos y optimización de procesos analíticos.
  
  
• Versionar, documentar y mantener el código fuente en repositorios GitHub conforme a las buenas prácticas de desarrollo colaborativo.
  
  
• Apoyar en la implementación de soluciones de integración de datos en la nube y plataformas IoT para el monitoreo remoto de equipos.
  
  
• Garantizar la confidencialidad, trazabilidad y resguardo seguro de la información procesada.
  
  

EXTERNAS

• Colaborar con áreas de Ingeniería, Mantenimiento y Operaciones para la recopilación de datos y definición de indicadores.
  
  
• Apoyar a Gerencia y usuarios internos en la interpretación de reportes y analíticos para la toma de decisiones.
  
  
• Coordinar con proveedores de sistemas de control, plataformas IoT o nube para asegurar integración y conectividad de datos.
  
  
• Facilitar la transferencia de información entre sistemas de campo, bases de datos y dashboards de negocio.
  
  
• Asesorar a otras áreas sobre tendencias, eficiencia energética y resultados de mantenimiento preventivo derivados del análisis de datos

ESCOLARIDAD

Ingeniería en Sistemas, Mecatrónica, Computación, Informática, o afín.

CONOCIMIENTOS TÉCNICOS

• SQL (consultas, estructuras y mantenimiento de bases de datos).
  
  
• Python, R o similar para análisis y procesamiento de datos.
  
  
• Power BI, Tableau o herramientas equivalentes de visualización
• GitHub para control de versiones y trabajo colaborativo en código.
  
  
• Nociones de arquitecturas de datos en la nube y conectividad IoT.

This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office at least three days per week.
