Tu misión como
Ejecutivo de Atención y Servicio al Cliente Jr.
será otorgar a los clientes soporte y acompañamiento durante todo el proceso de compraventa (desde la recepción de un pedido hasta su entrega) siendo el enlace principal entre cliente y las diferentes áreas de la empresa cliente.

Responsabilidades principales
: Recibir, procesar y administrar pedidos de compra de los clientes, quejas y seguimientos.
Coordinar y monitorear la logística de preparación y distribución de pedidos en conjunto con los diferentes centros embarcadores.
El estatus de los pedidos debe ser comunicado al cliente y área comercial.
Resolver las consultas de clientes, administrar quejas y garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente.
Brindar soporte y trabajar en conjunto con el área comercial para establecer y mantener relaciones de cercanía y confianza con el cliente.
Conocer y colaborar proactivamente con las diferentes áreas internas que están relacionadas con la reventa de productos en la empresa cliente (por ejemplo; Crédito y Cobranza, Logística y Distribución) para elevar la experiencia del cliente.
Conocer y ejecutar dentro del marco de referencia todos los procedimientos operativos para la reventa.
Conocer y comprender los productos objeto de la reventa para tener el conocimiento básico de características y beneficios logrando ofrecer respuestas ágiles y concretas con los clientes.
Actualizar los soportes, registros documentales y legales inherentes y que apliquen a las operaciones de reventa de la empresa cliente.
Requisitos: Licenciatura en Logistica, Administración, Negocios, o a fin.
1-2 años de experiencia en el área.
Fluidez en idioma inglés (posición bilingüe oral y escrito) Manejo de Office (especial énfasis en hojas de cálculo)
Conocimientos necesarios: Conocimientos de distribución y/o logística.
Conocimiento y gestión de ERP (SAP de preferencia) módulos ventas y distribución (deseable)
Habilidades y competencias: Organización y planeación.
Análisis de riesgos y resolución de problemas.
Enfocado al detalle, cumplimiento normativo y calidad.
Proactividad, autonomía y trabajo bajo presión.
Priorización de actividades.
Comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
