We are seeking a motivated and experienced Salesforce Operations Management Product Manager to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee the Salesforce platform, ensuring its optimal performance, efficiency, and alignment with business objectives.
You will define and execute the product roadmap for Salesforce operations, driving continuous improvement and maximizing the value of our Salesforce investment.
You will work closely with stakeholders across sales, marketing, customer service, and IT to understand their needs, prioritize features, and deliver solutions that enable their success within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in Salesforce operations management, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its core functionalities (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, .
Proven track record of managing Salesforce projects and delivering measurable results within a Salesforce environment.
Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, data management principles, security concepts, and business processes as they relate to Salesforce.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that uses Agile development methodologies within the Salesforce ecosystem.
Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools (Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Apex code (preferred).
