Cloud Support Analyst

Job description

The Cloud Reliability Analyst provides expert support to escalation issues and other areas of the organization, by monitoring alerts, managing tasks and following up on action items.

What you will be doing:

Triages issues between different areas of the organization.

Manages ServiceNow Tasks.

Assists in the automation of web application deployments.

Understands and adheres to escalation paths so that issues are resolved in conjunction with outlined SLAs

Provide support as SME to groups outside the IT organization.

What you likely bring:

Ability to work on problems of moderate scope.

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain various software applications.

Ability to work as a team to accomplish departmental goals.

Technical expertise.

Advance knowledge of SQL.

Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar technologies preferred.

Experience with Microsoft Active Directory preferred.

What could set you appart:

3+ years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge.

High school diploma.
