Job description

Early 2026, we will begin a new cohort of future leaders in our two-year rotational program.

The Clarios Leadership Development Program (CLDP) is designed to provide recent graduates with broad exposure to our business, with an emphasis on operations and recycling processes.

Our goal is to engage you in diverse areas such as production, quality/environmental management, process improvement, and finance—helping you learn, grow, and identify your long-term career path within Clarios.

Who We Are Looking For

Recent college graduates with no more than one year of professional experience since completing their bachelor’s degree.

Fields of study:

  • Industrial Engineering
  • Chemical Engineering
  • Mechanical Engineering
  • Environmental Engineering
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Mechatronics Engineering

Previous internship or co-op experience in production, process engineering, or quality/environmental management environments.
Participation in international programs, multicultural projects, or student leadership/volunteering.
Fluent in English.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Six Sigma, Lean, or Project Management certification
  • Knowledge of sustainability or environmental management systems
  • Experience with process improvement, efficiency, or cost reduction initiatives
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement and digital tools for data analysis

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Design Thinking mindset and data-driven decision-making
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and cross-functional teams with minimal supervision
  • Leadership and teamwork skills demonstrated through projects or extracurricular activities
  • Solid understanding of manufacturing or recycling processes
  • Conflict management and prioritization abilities

What You Will Do

Through the CLDP, you will gain hands-on experience in key areas such as Production, Quality/Environmental Management, Process Engineering, and Finance/Cost Optimization.

You will take part in a series of strategic rotational assignments designed to expose you to different aspects of our operations and recycling business.

These assignments will allow you to collaborate with plant leaders, engineers, and cross-functional teams to drive improvements in efficiency, quality, sustainability, and operational performance.

Assignments will vary based on business priorities, providing you with real challenges and opportunities to deliver measurable impact.

Upon successful completion, you will be well-positioned for long-term career growth within Clarios, in roles that demand technical excellence, innovation, and leadership.

Relocation: This program rotates mandatory participants to different plants.

Relocation assistance is provided.

Possible locations include Escobedo Plant, García Plant, Cienega de Flores Plant.
