**Your role and responsibilities**
As a Backend Developer, in this role, you will lead the problem resolution process for our clients, from analysis and troubleshooting, to deploying the latest software updates & fixes.

Your primary responsibilities include:

· 24x7 Observability: Be part of a worldwide team that monitors the health of production systems and services around the clock, ensuring continuous reliability and optimal customer experience.

· Cross-Functional Troubleshooting: Collaborate with engineering teams to provide initial assessments and possible workarounds for production issues.

Troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.

· Create and maintain internal documentation for troubleshooting procedures, automation tools, and enhancement specifications.

· Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, clarify technical issues, and ensure satisfaction with resolution outcomes.

· Collaborate with product development teams to propose and implement enhancements based on client feedback and observed system behavior.

· Design and implement automation scripts and tools to streamline support workflows and reduce manual intervention.
**Required technical and professional expertise**
* Strong background in software development, demonstrating expertise in programming languages such as Go,Python and Shell Scripting.
* Operating System Concepts and Virtualization: Hands-on experience with Linux operating system and computer virtualization
* Strong skills in system monitoring, issue response, and troubleshooting for optimal system performance.
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner seamlessly with cross-functional teams for shared success.
* Excellent communication skills, essential for effective integration planning and swift issue resolution.
* Demonstrated excellence in problem-solving, with the ability to tackle complex issues and find effective solutions.

* Exposure to Kubernetes or Red Hat Openshift
