 About the OpportunityWe’re looking for a Salesforce Developer with hands-on experience in AI integration and Agentforce to help us build intelligent, scalable CRM solutions.
This role combines traditional Salesforce development with cutting-edge AI tools to drive automation, personalization, and productivity across our sales platform.
Where You Will Make an Impact
Design, build, and optimize Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions utilizing Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Agentforce.Integrate and manage a variety of LLM providers and managed services—including, but not limited to, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock—using Salesforce BYO LLM features (LLM Open Connector, Einstein Studio Model Builder, Prompt Builder).Engineer prompt frameworks and support fine-tuned models for lead qualification, forecasting, workflow automation, content generation, and sales enablement.Build and configure automation using Salesforce Einstein (Einstein GPT, Next Best Action, Opportunity Insights, etc.) to enhance sales processes with generative and predictive AI.Collaborate with product managers, admins, and data scientists to define business requirements, architect scalable solutions, and prototype/deliver new AI features.Ensure robust secure integration patterns using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, metadata, and compliance best practices for corporate and cloud-managed AI workflows.Leverage Agentforce and Prompt Builder to customize and ground generative agent responses in CRM data, supporting sales automation and user productivity.Document technical solutions and advocate for the adoption of multi-model AI strategies across teams.What You Will Bring
2+ years of Salesforce development (Apex, LWC, SOQL) focused on Sales Cloud.Proven experience building solutions for Sales Cloud (lead management, opportunity workflows, quoting, sales automation).Experience with Agentforce or other AI assistant frameworks integrated into Salesforce.Demonstrated hands-on experience integrating a range of LLMs and/or managed AI services (AWS Bedrock, open-source models, etc.), not restricted to OpenAI/ChatGPT.Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and practical applications within Sales Cloud or CRM environments.Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and best practices for secure, scalable integrations.Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or AI Associate a plus.Nice to Have
Experience creating and integrating GPT-/LLM-powered assistants into Sales Cloud automations and workflows.Exposure to Einstein Copilot, Prompt Builder, or related AI orchestration tools in Salesforce.Background in data engineering, MLOps, conversational AI, or workflow automation.Working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or other languages used in AI/data science contexts.CI/CD and DevOps proficiency (Copado, Gearset), with Agile methodology experience.Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
