+ Own hardware and software design and application for subsystems or specific control areas for large and small projects* Provide support in semi-complex material specification, schematic preparation, bill-of-materials development, and appropriate follow-up.* Have knowledge of project budgets, schedules, and risks.

Works to meet deadlines and deliverables, achieve budget, and manage risk with team leads.* Participate in recommending ideas related to productivity improvement, cost reduction and improvement in customer satisfaction.* Perform important areas of standard professional level work that typically require processing and interpreting more complex, less clearly defined issues.* Refer complex or unusual problems to others with more experience in the field of work.* Perform site-audits at initiation of project to gather site information and confirm scope.* Perform on-site commissioning activities independently or as part of a team.

+ Review & report feedback of site readiness Audits (commissioning checklist/instructions).

+ Attend meetings before travel with site lead/project manager.

+ Review Commissioning Plan and Schedule.

+ Coordinate with field engineering teams, mechanical & controls, for project execution.* Identify and resolve readily identifiable, clearly defined problems.* Seek-out growth and knowledge in a specific technical area.* Mentor and share knowledge with less experienced engineers.* Provides guidance to installation teams.* Follow current safety best practices while on-site and aware of current safety design practices.**What We Are Looking For:*** BS/BA in electrical engineering or advanced degree.* 2-4 years of successful experience in related field.* Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments.* Demonstrates knowledge of organization's business practices and issues.* Proficient in AutoCAD.* Proficient in either Rockwell or Siemens PLCs.* Knowledgeable on AC drives, both open & closed loop.* Experience in Ethernet IP network design and machine safety a plus.
