Overview

Acceleration Center - Strategy - Change Management - Manager at PwC México.

This role focuses on leading and executing complex change management initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

You will design and implement tailored change strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and drive sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational shifts.

You will mentor junior associates and contribute to the growth and capability development of the team while maintaining high standards of process documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute complex change management initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

  • Design and implement tailored change strategies to facilitate smooth transitions and drive sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational shifts.

  • Conduct thorough assessments, engage stakeholders at all levels, and craft comprehensive communication and training plans.

  • Lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating PwC’s purpose and values in a meaningful way; embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

  • Mentor junior associates, contributing to growth and capability development of the team.

  • Maintain high standards of process documentation and reporting; monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of change interventions.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in change management and organizational development.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor’s Degree.

  • Required English Proficiency: Proficient (advanced level for global clients and cross-regional teams).

  • Minimum Year(s) of Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational transformation, or change consulting within a client-facing environment.

Preferred Fields of Study

  • Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Sociology, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics), Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management.

Certifications

  • Change Management: Prosci Change Management Certification or equivalent; Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or similar.

  • Project Management: PMP or Agile certifications.

Additional / Complementary Certifications

  • Data Analysis: Power BI Data Analyst, IBM Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics, Cloudera CDP, or similar.

  • Digital Transformation & Strategy: Certifications in digital transformation, change management, or business strategy.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in established change management methodologies (Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, Lewin’s Model).

  • Project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet) and Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Data analysis capabilities; ability to conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess impact, readiness, and effectiveness of interventions.

  • Experience designing and facilitating training programs, workshops, and stakeholder engagement.

  • Familiarity with organizational development concepts, business process redesign, and digital transformation.

  • Fluency in English to communicate with global clients and cross-regional teams.
