Overview

Acceleration Center - Strategy - Change Management - Manager at PwC México.

The role focuses on leading and executing complex change management initiatives for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.

You will design and implement tailored change strategies that facilitate smooth transitions and drive sustainable adoption of new processes, systems, and organizational shifts.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and execute change management initiatives for a portfolio of clients.

  • Design and implement change strategies, readiness assessments, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication and training programs.

  • Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to integrate change activities into broader project plans.

  • Mentor junior associates and contribute to the growth and capability development of the team.

  • Maintain high standards of process documentation, reporting, and governance.

  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of change interventions; provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, influencing decision-making and securing stakeholder buy-in at all levels.

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, tools, and best practices in change management and organizational development.

Minimum Degree Required

Bachelor’s Degree

Preferred Field(s) Of Study

Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, Communication, Sociology, Computer Science, Engineering (Industrial, Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics), Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management (or related fields).

Additional Considerations

Candidates with interdisciplinary backgrounds combining Change Management and Project Management are encouraged.

Certifications in Change Management, Agile methodologies, or Strategic Management are valuable assets.

Experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in change management, organizational transformation, or change consulting within a client-facing environment.

  • Proven track record of leading end-to-end change initiatives, including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training delivery, and impact assessments.

  • Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

  • Solid experience applying methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step, Lewin’s Change Model, or equivalent.

  • Experience managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments; familiarity with MS Project or Smartsheet.

  • Exposure to multiple industries; prior consulting experience in a professional services environment is preferred.

  • Experience mentoring junior team members.

Certifications

Preferred:

  • Change Management: Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent.

  • Project Management: PMP or Agile certifications.

Additional / Complementary Certifications
  • Data Analysis: Power BI, IBM Data Analyst, Google Data Analytics, or similar.

  • Digital Transformation & Strategy certifications; tools: Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Tableau, Excel, or similar.

  • Soft skills: stakeholder management, leadership, communication; training in data privacy and security standards.
