You will work closely with clients to analyse financial needs, develop strategies for capital structure optimization, manage liquidity and cash flow, and provide guidance on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and other financial transactions.

Growing as a strategic advisor, you leverage your influence, expertise, and network to deliver quality results.

You motivate and coach others, coming together to solve complex problems.

As you increase in autonomy, you apply sound judgment, recognising when to take action and when to escalate.

You are expected to solve through complexity, ask thoughtful questions, and clearly communicate how things fit together.

Preferred Skills

  • Corporate treasury experience and interest in growing Treasury skillsets.

  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Strong computer skills including knowledge of computer financial applications, ERP packages, and Consolidation and Reporting Systems are preferred.

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Familiarity with Digital Tools such as Tableau, Alteryx and PowerBI.

  • Entrepreneurial with a self-starting personality; ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

  • A team player with the ability and understanding of how to operate in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work both independently and as a team player.

  • Able to mentor and develop treasury proficiency in others.

  • Ability to organize and complete work related projects in a timely manner.

  • Flexible, adaptable, and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

  • The desire and the ability to continuously process significant feedback from any source and to rapidly convert this learning into action.

Minimum Years Experience Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related Degree required
  • Appropriate experience in lieu of education may be considered
  • 10+ years of professional experience, and at least 2 years managing teams
  • Association of Financial Professionals Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation is desirable
